Amy was born and raised in Northern Michigan. Growing up her family always had animals. At a young age she developed a love for all animals and decided she wanted a career involving them. In 2016 she became a licensed Veterinary Technician after graduating from Baker College of Cadillac. Amy has a special interest in dentistry.

One of her favorite things to do at Long Lake Animal Hospital is perform dental cleanings. She hopes one day to become a Veterinary technician specialist in dentistry. Amy also enjoys kayaking, painting, and spending time with her family. Amy and her husband Jordan have two children and two dogs.
